Product availability is subject to change without notice. Brothr Golf reserves the right to limit the quantity of Products available for sale or refuse any order.

In the event that a product you ordered is unavailable, Brothr Golf will make reasonable efforts to notify you and offer alternative solutions (e.g., a replacement item or a refund).

5. Pricing and Payments

  • Pricing: All prices on the Site are listed in USD, excluding applicable taxes, shipping fees, and handling charges. Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

  • Payments: Payment must be made at the time of purchase. Brothr Golf accepts payment through major credit cards, PayPal, or other payment methods offered on the Site.

  • Taxes: You may be required to pay applicable sales taxes, VAT, or other duties, depending on your location. The applicable taxes will be displayed during checkout.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that this does not constitute an acceptance of your order, as the order is subject to verification and approval.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Brothr Golf will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of your Products. However, shipping times and costs are subject to change due to external factors (e.g., weather, supply chain disruptions, or other events outside our control).

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the size/weight of your order. The applicable shipping fees will be shown during checkout.

  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout, but they are not guaranteed. Brothr Golf is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

  • International Orders: For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees that may apply.

7. Returns and Exchanges

Brothr Golf wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we offer a 30 return and exchange policy on most items, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned in unused, original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Some items, including personalized or custom products, may be excluded from the return policy.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at brothrgolf@gmail.com. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

8. User Conduct

You agree that when using the Site, you will:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brothr Golf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if Brothr Golf has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Brothr Golf’s total liability, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product(s) in question.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association or another mutually agreed-upon arbitration provider. The arbitration shall take place in Texas.

If you do not wish to arbitrate disputes, you may opt out of this provision by notifying us in writing within 30 days of accepting these Terms.

12. Privacy
